I am thrilled to announce Carissa & Daniel’s Elopement. These two have known each other for over 5 years.
Here's how they met: They both work at the same Hospital and worked the same round! Best part? They didn't talk to each other for the first bit of meeting.
As for the proposal, Since it was during Covid and it looked like no end in site Daniel proposed at the botanical gardens had one of Carissa's favorite artists work Yayoi Kasuma. He did it right outside in front of one of the large pieces she did. Yayoi Kasuma is a Japanese artist and Dan knows how much Rissa love Japan so being that he couldn’t take her to Japan this was the closest thing at the time.
The wedding was truly spooky but breathtaking. Even incorporating the day of the dead with their special painted faces and marigolds.
